This Website Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how Livian Technology Group, LLC d/b/a Livian MSP (“Livian MSP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information obtained through www.livianmsp.com (the “Site”). It applies only to information collected via the Site and not to services delivered under separate master service agreements or business associate agreements (“BAAs”).

2 · Information We Collect

PHI Warning — The Site is not intended to collect protected health information. Please do not submit patient data or any HIPAA-protected details through our forms.

4 · Cookies & Similar Technologies

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies that require consent. The only cookies set are functional cookies dropped by Calendly when you load the embedded scheduler. We honor Do Not Track signals.

5 · State Privacy Rights (U.S.)

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and Texas may request to access, delete, or correct their personal information. Email privacy@livianmsp.com; we will respond within 45 days (90 days if an extension is required).

6 · Information Sharing & HIPAA Commitments

We share visitor data only with trusted service providers under written agreements and, where applicable, BAAs:

• Squarespace – hosting & forms
• Google Workspace – email & Sheets (HIPAA BAA)
• Plausible – cookieless analytics
• Calendly – scheduling

We do not sell, rent, or share data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7 · Data Retention

• Web-form submissions — 18 months, then purged (unless legal hold)
• Newsletter subscriber data — until opt-out (deleted within 30 days)
• Plausible logs — 24 hours (default)
• Calendly booking data — 3 years
• Encrypted backups — up to 5 years (rolling deletion)

8 · Security Measures

• TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit
• Multi-factor authentication on admin accounts
• Least-privilege access
• Quarterly patching & vulnerability scans
• Encrypted, access-controlled backups

If a security incident occurs, we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required by law.

9 · International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our vendors operate, subject to contractual safeguards.

10 · Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

11 · Future Features & Notice Updates

If we introduce surveys, gated downloads, or advertising pixels, we’ll update this Notice and obtain any required consent.
